A 403(b)(7) custodial account program that provides mutual fund investment options in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP). AXA Advisors, LLC, makes available a 403(b)(7) group custodial account program through PenServ Plan Services, Inc. (PenServ) PenServ provides recordkeeping and administration services for the 403(b)(7) group custodial account program. Matrix Financial Solutions, Inc., (Matrix) provides custodial services for the program and processes trades in the mutual funds selected by plan participants. Employers must select this program for plan participants and once established, employees will be able to enroll online only. For anyone interested in this program, please contact your local AXA Advisors LLC Financial Professional and we can provide a proposal.
