Investment Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of U.S. issuers, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It normally invests at least 65% of its net assets in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies.
