Strategy

Interest is credited and compounded daily on a total portfolio basis and accrues from the actual date of deposit to the date of withdrawal. The Voya Fixed Plus II Account features two declared interest rates : a current rate, determined at least monthly, and a guaranteed minimum floor rate declared for a 12 month period which will not be less than the minimum guaranteed interest rate. (Guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of Voya Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company.)

Restrictions that apply to this fixed account:
Inter-fund transfers and partial withdrawals from the Voya Fixed Plus II Account are generally limited to 20% of the Voya Fixed Plus II Account balance each year. Full withdrawals from the amounts in the Voya Fixed Plus II Account may be made for separation from service, financial hardship/unforeseeable emergencies, certain retirement income payments, small account balances, and upon death. Full withdrawals for other reasons are limited and must be made in five-installment payments over five years (20%, 25%, 33 1/3%, 50%, 100%). Please check your contract certificate for additional details.
